PANSAID – PAracetamol and NSAID in combination: A randomised, blinded, parallel 4-group clinical trial
This trial wants to investigate the effect and safety of paracetamol and NSAID (fx ibuprofen). There are tested 4 different combinations on patients which are operated for a total hip replacement. This trial is multicenter trial in Region of Zealand.

DEX-2-TKA: Dexamethasone twice for pain treatment of total knee arthroplsty. A roandomized blinded placebo-controlled clinical trial.
This trial wants to investigate the effect and safety of high dose dexamethasone. There are testet three groups. 2 days treatment, 1 day treatment and no treatment. This is a multicenter trial in three different regions in Denmark.
